IFBB Pro champion Michael Kefalianos, after a 7th place finish at the 2013 Arnold Classic in Brazil, will returning to Spain to defend his Mr. Europe title which he won in 2012.
Kefalianos who is known for his signature conditioning and sharpness, will be gunning for 1st place at the European show, with tough competition from a roster full of great international athletes.

Next competition for the IFBB pro bodybuilding 2013 season will be the New York Pro in New York City, a show that promises to entertain and excite, with big names such as Victor Martinez and Cedric McMillan battling it out for 1st place.

David Balasas Interview (Mike Kefalianos' Long Time Coach)
David Balasas has been Michael Kefalianos' coach and trainer for the past 10+ years. He has coached Michael for more 25 IFBB Pro shows, 3 Olympia qualifications and 4 Arnold Classic competitions. In 2012, Michael, with the help of Balasa won his first pro show in Spain, the Mr. Europe Pro title.
